Summer Soccer/Sports Performance Clinic
Own Touch Southside is excited to team up with Moss Sports Performance to offer a comprehensive soccer and sports performance training package! This clinic will focus on sports performance combined with a soccer skills training in one convenient 90 minute session.
Players will be divided into age appropriate groups to maximize focus and personal attention. The program is for Recreational and Travel players. Middle and High School ages only. Limited space available!
The clinic will include:
Soccer Specific Technical Training
Juggling, Dribbling, Passing and Receiving, and Aerial Control
Sports Performance Training (speed, strength, agility, injury prevention)
First Step Quickness Improvement Techniques
45 minutes Soccer Specific Technical Training
45 minutes Sports Performance Training
Saturdays: June 4, 11, 18, 25
July 9, 16, 23, 30
August 6, 13
Middle School: 9:00 am - 10:30 am
High School: 10:30 am - 12:00 pm
